Coverage and billing terms.
What counts as a website?
A monitored website is a distinct public web property configured separately in Evolize. Separate domains and independently operated subdomains may count as separate websites.
What counts as a public page?
A public page is an eligible public URL discovered and rendered by Evolize. Duplicate URLs, query variants, blocked resources, authenticated content, and technically inaccessible pages may be excluded or handled separately.
What happens above the page allowance?
Evolize identifies coverage requirements during website discovery. Websites exceeding standard plan limits may require Portfolio or Enterprise coverage, and coverage is estimated before checkout wherever practical.
Can a subscription be cancelled?
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Are taxes included?
Applicable taxes may be calculated and added during checkout.
Does Evolize certify compliance?
No. Evolize identifies technical and operational risk signals based on publicly observable website behaviour. It does not provide legal advice, certify compliance, or guarantee that litigation will not occur.
